Society for the Advancement of Nature, Justice and Health (SANJH) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization. It was registered in 1974 under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Ordinance 1961.
SANJH is a human rights based organization whose main focus is to make changes in the human behavior. Since its establishment, the organization started work in the field of human rights. SANJH has geographical presence in the districts of Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Rajanpur, Multan, and Jhang. Its main thematic areas are poverty alleviation, climate change, human rights, justice, education, health, disaster management and disaster risk reduction (DRR).
SANJH has faith on sustainable development and fraught to bring change through participatory growth according to the local needs and atmosphere. The policy of SANJH is to work with local communities at the grassroots level and form village committees for each project. SANJH uses the communication tool of theater for advocacy and awareness purposes.
Its Vision is a peaceful, prosperous and educated society where people are practicing and enjoying good health, healthy environment with disaster resilient communities, justice & human rights on equal basis.
