Lahore, September 19, 2024: FAFEN’s Channan Regional Network organized a second round of training for its RMOs in Lahore. The training session was attended by 25 participants (20 men and five women) representing the regional network’s member organizations from Sialkot, Narowal, Kasur, Gujrat, and Faisalabad.
The training focused on the role of RMOs in organizing the youth conventions to depolarize political tensions, and field-level governance research pilot, which linked previous training sessions to practical research skills. They were trained on research methodologies, such as the Kish Grid, learned survey techniques to assess governance issues, and enhanced the RMOs’ digital advocacy skills. Participants developed strategies to create high-quality video content on governance issues, which will be broadcast on FAFEN’s digital channel.
