Central Pakhtunkhwa Development Network is managed by United Rural Development Organization (URDO), a Peshawar-based not-for-profit organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The focus area of URDO's work is spread across multiple development sectors including education, human rights, peace, democracy, gender and reproductive health among other community development sectors. URDO has been a member organization of FAFEN since 2008.
URDO is determined to create a just society that fulfills democratic norms, human rights, good governance, peace and social harmony, and respect for children and women in Pakistan.
