Civil Society Democratic Network is managed by the Goth Seengar Foundation (GSF), a Sukkur-based not-for-profit organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The primary focus of GSF includes education, health, hygiene, poverty alleviation through micro-financing, sustainable agriculture, livelihood, and natural resources management programs. GSF has been a member organization of FAFEN since 2008.
GSF envisions a socially just, equitable and prosperous society, that leads the people towards peace, participation, dignity, and sustainable development.

GSF works in 27 tehsils of five districts of Ghotki, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Sukkur
