Malakand Democratic Network is managed by Community Awareness Raising and Advocacy Venture Around Needs (CARAVAN), a Swat-based not-for-profit organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The primary focus of CARAVAN includes health, education, poverty reduction, disaster risk management, and micro finance. CARAVAN has been a member organization of FAFEN since 2008.
CARAVAN works for the establishment of a prosperous society, based on the principles of social justice, equity and equality.
