Mardan, December 10, 2023: FAFEN’s Regional Network – Central Pakhtunkhwa Development Network conducted an awareness campaign facilitated by the Labor Education Organization (LEO) in Mardan. The campaign focused on disseminating messages related to issues related to women’s access to polling stations and women’s electoral participation. The messages were displayed on the Swabi road and distributed among the visitors of the area.  

The strategic placement of standees at the roadside facilitated effective message dissemination, reaching a diverse audience. The interested visitors interacted with the organizers and asked for information regarding the campaign. The engagement with visitors helped foster a better understanding of the importance of women’s access to polling stations and their active involvement in elections.
